Ngan, born in 1990 with the measurements of 84-61-92, is studying finance and banking at Ton Duc Thang University in HCM City. She won the Miss Fashion in Miss Vietnam World 2010. 

The pageant, which ended on November 4, attracted young women at the age of 16-27 from 11 countries. Besides creating a stage for Asian models to exchange knowledge and experience, it aimed to call for support for Japan earthquake victims.
