The festival will be jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Departments of Tourism, External Affairs, and Culture and Information and the Sai Gon Tourism Corporation held from December 1-3 at Van Thanh Tourist Site.

Of special interest will be the Sai Gon Cooking Club’s efforts to have the “Goi” listed in the Vietnam Book of Records. The rolled cake, 100 metres long and 5 cm in diameter and weighing 65 kg, will be made by 220 cooks in 30 minutes.
