The event expects to draw participation of artists from France and Spain, including artistic director Pierre Diaz, violinist Marion Diaques, singer Delphine Chomel and cellist Claire Menguy.

Also, Vietnamese artists, including Nguyen Thu Thuy, Nguyen The Dan and singer Huong Thanh, will take part in the concert.
