The event is organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Vietnam Fine Arts Association.

This exhibition representing Vietnam’s fine arts industry is one link in the chain of big festivals Vietnam is celebrating in 2010.

On display will be representative works from the 5-year period 2006-2010 to gauge fine arts development during the process of national industrialisation and modernisation towards global integration.
