•  Fashion contest for young designers

The event, which takes place every five years, aims to seek a Vietnamese representative to compete in Davines World Wide Hair Tour in Paris, France in May 2013.

This year the contest includes well-known hairdressers such as Minh Tam, Tran Hung, Buu An and Duc Thinh.

Cung Tien Dung, Dinh Duc Ninh, and Nguyen Cong Tuan are the three contestants from Hanoi who will create a short, contemporary hairstyle, while Tran Vu Quoc Lang and Huynh Chi Tam from Ho Chi Minh City will produce a romantic style for the competition.

The ten best contestants, choosen by the jury from photographs, will compete live at the Hanoi Opera House.
