The World Esperanto Youth Organisation (TEJO) is set to elect its new executive board for the 2007-2009 term at this congress, which is held annually on a rotation basis in the organisation's member countries.

Nearly 200 delegates from 35 countries will attend the eight-day event, which is to include musical performances, film screening, and a Vietnamese language course.
