This year’s event is being held in the open air with the aim of creating a lively cultural space by helping Hanoians easily gain access to newspapers from different parts of the country. There are thirty stalls displaying spring publications from central, provincial and city press agencies.

During the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to exchange views with journalists and purchase special issues.
