Hanoi Days will be held in Moscow, Russia from July 16-23, announced Hanoi’s Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at a press briefing on July 12.
The weeklong event will consist of numerous art and cultural events such as a water puppet show, a photography exhibition, a fashion show and a performance of songs and dances.
On the fringe of the event, a seminar will be held to promote trade relations between the two cities. The seminar is expected to draw the participation of 100 enterprises from both countries.
On this occasion, the two capitals’ leaders will also sign a Memorandum of Understanding on the further development of friendly and co-operative relations between Hanoi and Moscow.
The event will be an opportunity for the two capitals to introduce their cultural values and development achievements as well as promoting friendship and co-operation between the two cities in particular and the two countries in general, said Head of Hanoi’s DFA Ha Van Que.
