The city is currently assisting Hanoi in implementing a project "Hanoi 2010 - cultural heritage and characteristics".

Over the past few years, cooperative ties have been established between industrial and commercial chambers and economic partners of the two cities. Hanoi and Toulouse also cooperate to hold tourism and cultural activities.
