At a press briefing on March 26, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People's Committee Tran Van Hieu said that an international sculpture camp will be held for the first time during the four-day festival, attracting sculptors from 15 countries and territories.

This year's festival will also include a food fair, a buffalo fight festival, a beach volleyball competition, and a windsurfing performance.

Artistic groups from China's Yunnan province, Hong Kong, the Republic of Korea's Incheon and Pusan cities will perform at the festival.

The city will continue organising various tourism activities to welcome World Tourism Day, which falls on September 27.
