The event aims to introduce German literature to the Vietnamese public.

Participants had a chance to enjoy quotations from the Vietnamese version of Goethe’s masterpiece “Faust” translated by writer Ngo Quang Phuc (also known as Quang Chien).

This is the first time Quang Chien introduced author Goethe, his works “Faust” and the meaning of each quotation in Vietnamese.

Talking with VOVNews reporter, Quang Chien said it is impossible to talk about Germany and German culture without Goethe and his works “Faust”. Goethe is considered the greatest German and the greatest German author.
