18 year-old Kim Hoa Barutaut, 1.82 metres tall was named Miss Réunion 2009.

The final round of the 63^rd Miss France contest took place in Nice in southern France, with 37 candidates from different regions in France competing. Miss Normandie Mallika Menard, 22, was named Miss France 2010. The two runners-up were Miss Rhone-Alpes and Miss Bretagne.
