Pahl Rugenstein publishers in Bonn, Germany, have printed a 134-page book on Vietnam’s national liberation and the leading role of President Ho Chi Minh.
The book entitled “Vietnam’s National Liberalisation Revolution – the basic elements for its appearance from 1925-1945” is the second work by Gerhard Feldbauer, a Vietnam historian.
The book includes seven chapters, a conclusion and documentary photos showing important phases in Vietnam’s revolution.
The first chapter describes how President Ho Chi Minh paved the way for the successes of Vietnam’s national liberation.
The remaining chapters provide deep insights into the emergence of the Vietnamese working class and its worker-farmer alliance, which became a crucial force in the struggle against feudalism and colonialism in the country.
The book also features Vietnamese war tactics, a decisive factor leading to the success of the August Revolution in 1945.
Feldbauer’s first book was printed in 2005 under the title “Victory in Sai Gon - the memories of Vietnam ”. It was co-written by his wife Irene Feldbauer, who used to work as a correspondent in Vietnam.
