The festival will introduce residents of Hanoi, HCM City, Haiphong, Danang and Can Tho to German films that have won international prizes and were created by such directors as Doris Dorrie, Marco Kreuzpainter, Alain Gsponer, and Detlev Buck.

In Hanoi, the films will be screened free to the public at the National Cinema Centre.
