German cruise liner Maxim Gorky has brought 550 German tourists to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, in northern coastal Quang Ninh province.
This is the first time the Maxim Gorky arrived in Vietnam and the second time it docked at Ha Long Bay.
The Maxim Gorky also sent seven photographers to take pictures of Ha Long Bay to promote more tours of the heritage site.
Saigontourist Travel Corporation’s Ha Long branch said that apart from Ha Long Bay, it has arranged for German tourists to visit the Yen Tu historical site and traditional craft villages in Quang Ninh province.
