Futsal team beats Italian club in friendly
(VOV) -The Vietnamese national futsal squad has defeated Italia’s second division Reginna club in the first friendly match during its training session in Italy.
Right after 10 seconds Trong Thien opened the scoring which was doubled at the end of the second half by Thanh Dat when he dribbled the ball past three defenders and hammered it home.
The two coaches decided to extend the match for 10 minutes with the Vietnamese team playing without its goalie.
With another three goals scored by Dinh Thuan, Quynh Toan and Trong Luan and a single goal by their host the match ended 5-1 in favour of the guest team.
After the match, the Vietnamese squad is scheduled to meet five others clubs and plays two matches against the Italian natonal futsal team before concluding its training on June 20.
