PhD Doan Thi Kim Hong, who won first prize at the contest in 2005, has been invited to be one of the board of examiners.

Nguyen Dieu Hoa was born in 1969 in Hanoi, she obtained the crown at the Miss Vietnam Beauty contest 1990 launched by Tien Phong (Vanguard) newspaper. She received an MA degree in business administration at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand.

Dieu Hoa was named in Vietnam’s Guinness Book of Records as the beauty queen expert in the most languages as she spoke English, French, Russian, Thais and Indian.

She is married with her Indian husband and three children in Ho Chi Minh City.
