The Carnival, held at Indochina Plaza in Cau Giay district on August 25-26, has offered inspiring things for young Hanoians and foreigners, who want to know more about Vietnam.
The programme featured a diverse space of traditional costumes, cuisines, cultural events, photos, and gifts, all of which form rich, distinctive cultures of different countries around the world.
The organizing board said they sought support and cooperation from foreign embassies and cultural centres in Vietnam for hosting the event.
A highlight of the event was a flea market with 70 booths, displaying fashionable clothes, accessories, handmade products and handicrafts from various countries. Products from charitable centres and projects were sold to raise funds for disadvantaged people.
Traditional as well as modern games at the entertainment area were a real treat to visitors.
