Visitors will wear decorative masks and enjoy conjuring and circus performances, dragon dances and masquerade programmes by students from universities in HCM City. Students from HCM City’s Fine Arts University will draw figures on visitors’ face if required.
This is the first Carnival to be organised in Vietnam, according to the organising board. The festival originated in Brazil 2000 years ago and has now become an international festival.
