A film week will be held in Vietnam from August 31 to September 6 to mark 65th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2).
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to assign the Cinematographic
Department in collaboration with the Vietnam Film Import-Export and Distribution Company (Fafilm VN), the National Cinema Centre, and cinema companies, movie and film publishing centres across the country to organize the event.
A new film called “Peach Blossom” will be screened during the film week.
On the occasion, Fafilm Vietnam will launch several films entitled “Don’t Burn”, “Look to the Sea”, “Life”, and a number of documentaries including “Turning point”, “the Sound of Violin in My Lai”, and “Stone Highland”.
