The competition, part of activities of the “Europe Day” programme in Vietnam, is open to all Vietnamese students attending universities in Vietnam. 

Contesting video should not last more than five minutes and be accompanied by a narration which can be either subtitled or dubbed. 

The contest will present prizes in three main categories including the effectiveness of the video in conveying the message of the impact of climate change; its originality and its touching level. 

In addition to being a major aid donor and an important trading partner, the EU also commits itself to supporting Vietnamese partners on searching solutions for environment protection.
