Vietnamese people and international friends will gain a better understanding of late President Ho Chi Minh’s life through a film titled “Look to the sea” made by the Vietnam Cinematography Association.
The film will be screened on Liberation Day (April 30) and May 19 to mark President Ho Chi Minh’s 120th birthday. It tells the story of the years when President Ho Chi Minh carried out revolutionary activities in Hue and other central localities.
Based on real historical documents, playwright Nguyen Thi Hong Ngat wrote the script of the film, which won the second prize at a contest in response to the “Study and follow the President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” campaign.
