Hanoians are offering a chance to get essential information about education in the Republic of Korea (RoK) and procedures relating to enrolment and visa application thanks to an exhibition on the country's higher education opened in Hanoi on December 9.

The exhibition, the fourth of its kind in Hanoi, drew the participation of 27 universities and colleges across the RoK, including such renowned universities as Kyung Hee University, Pusan Foreign Languages University and Seoul University.


Vietnam
now has as many as 1,200 Vietnamese students studying in the RoK, ranking the 4th after China, Japan and the US.


"Vietnamese students are very hardworking, smart and creative, and often receive high acclaimed from professors, lecturers as well as tutors" said Dr Kim Jung Sup, Director of the International Educational Institute under Kyung Hee University.
