An exhibition is being held at the Korean Cultural Centre in Hanoi from February 14-18 to mark the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-the Republic of Korea (RoK) diplomatic ties.
On display are oil and lacquer paintings, graphic drawings and ceramic works of eight Vietnamese painters and five Korean ceramic artisans.
The Vietnamese painters introduced Vietnam’s cultural life through typical images of bamboo groves, guerilla fighters, women, and Ha Long Bay while the Korean artists focused on their national cultural traditions.
On February 17, the artists will attend a seminar at the centre.
