The exhibition consists of four parts. The first shows the images of the Great Russian October Revolution starting with the attack by revolutionary soldiers on the Winter Palace. The second displays other images of the great patriotic war by the people of the former Soviet Union against German fascists, which ended in 1945 with a glorious victory. The third reviews the friendship between Vietnam and the former Soviet Union in the past and with the Federation of Russia at present. The last focuses on a new Russia through the lens of Vietnam News Agency (VNA) reporters.
In his speech, VNA General Director Nguyen Quoc Uy said the exhibition is a valuable gift to everyone who has a deep respect for the great values of the Russian October Revolution and the time-honoured friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Russia.
The exhibition will run until November 12 at Exhibition House, 45 Trang Tien St, Hanoi.
