The activities will include a European Film Festival featuring the 12 best films, a romantic ballet choreographed by a French expert, a French rock music show and a classical Spanish concert.

There will also be an art exhibition, a friendly football game for European and Vietnamese children, a writing composition on Europe and an exchange on cultures between Vietnam and Europe.

Markus Cornaro, head of the EC mission to Vietnam, said that this is the third time Europe Day will be launched in Vietnam and that such activities will be developed and expended every year to demonstrate the diverse relations between the European Union and Vietnam. 

The activities will be held by the EC, embassies of the European Union member countries and European Cultural Institute.
