Culture-tourism festival of Ba Ria-Vung Tau opens

Thousands of locals and tourists have attended a culture-tourism festival in Vung Tau city of the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which began on the evening of February 10.

The festival, entitled ‘Rendezvous of trains’, is one of the main events that usher in a series of Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s culture, sports and tourism activities.

It will include stage and art shows that feature the province as an attractive destination for both investors and tourists. There will be also an introduction of Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s socio-economic achievements in 2011.

In addition, the introduction of culture and tourism events will be incorporated into art performances.

This is the fifth time Ba Ria-Vung Tau has organized such a festival.
