A contemporary dancing drama was performed at the Goethe Institute in Hanoi on October 17 in the hope of conveying sympathy towards disabled and disadvantaged people.
It was arranged with assistance from two German choreographers Juliette Nguyen and Andrea Heb with funds from the German embassy.
Within three months, young people from the contemporary dance club, Hip-hop Hanoi Club and disabled young people had worked together to promote creativeness and performance skills of young people.
Dao Ke Doan, author and director of the dancing drama, said the play helped young people better understand each other and remove all barriers of language. Through the performance, audience would better understand the disabled and give them more opportunities to come closer to arts and develop all their capabilities, Mr Doan added.
