The concert will be organised by the Embassies of French-speaking countries, the International Francophone Organisation and the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to mark the International Francophone Day.

Also on the occasion, Hanoians will have an opportunity to see short advertising footagges by French-speaking countries worldwide at the French Culture Centre.
