The first runner-up was Ngo Phuong Lan, a Vietnamese student in Switzerland, while the second runner-up title went to Sonia Thuy Vi Bui, a Vietnamese national living in the UK.

The pageant drew 30 young women, from the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland, vying for the opportunity to advance to the final stages of the Miss Vietnam Global 2007 contest being jointly organized by Tien Phong (Vanguard) and Thanh Nien (Young People) newspapers, Vietnam Television and the Vinpearl joint stock company.

The three successful contestants in the UK will return to Vietnam for the finals scheduled to take place at the Vinpearl resort in central Khanh Hoa province.
