Central coastal Ninh Thuan province is an attractive destination for tourists who are interested in ecological and cultural tourism, especially tours to traditional craft villages of the Cham ethnic group.

Located about 10 km south from Phan Rang town are the My Nghiep brocade village and the Bau Truc pottery village of Ninh Phuoc district which are famous for Cham hand-made products. These products maintain the Cham cultural identity with colourful patterns reflecting their daily life and religious spirit.

My Nghiep and Bau Truc villagers have undertaken to produce hundreds of types of pottery and brocade products manually to customers’ specific designs. Their products are sold  to many foreign countries such as Malaysia, Japan, France and Sweden.
