• National Song and Dance Fest opens in Dak Lak

• Central and Central Highland provinces promote tourism

Representatives from five Central Highland provinces, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Kon Tum and Lam Dong, will participate in the event, which is one of the activities to mark the 67^th anniversary of the August 1945 Revolution and National Day (September 2).

This year’s event, featuring the theme “Central Highlands – Cultural Colors”, will introduce the cultural identities of the region through Gong performances, traditional customs, and displays of traditional musical instruments, as well as ritual ceremonies, folk games, and an ethnic minority fashion show. It aims to promote the cultural values and preserve the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the Central Highlands.

The second Central Highland Cultural Days in Hanoi hopes to demonstrate strong solidarity among ethnic minority groups, and between them and Hanoians.
