During the three-day event, young people of the two provinces enjoyed camping and music exchanges, paid visits to historical sites and signed a number of agreements to protect border security, as well as enhance youth cooperation in fighting crime and social evils.

The Youth Union Chapter in Kien Giang province agreed to help its Kampot partner develop livestock breeding and promote agriculture and forestry in the coming future.

This was the first youth exchange between Kien Giang and Kampot provinces, which closed on June 27.
