Biggest off-road car race begins in Quang Ninh

This year, 40 domestic and foreign teams are competing in the race, 19 more than in 2012.

Each team has at least two drivers and the cars are fully equipped with proper safety equipment.

The race includes a number of different tests, including mudding, rock crawling and green laning.

The Vietnam Challenge-Ha Long is part of the worldwide RFC series, with the main event held in Malaysia every December, and always attracts a large number of enthusiastic spectators.
