This is the first time such a contest has been held by Hoang Nhat Anh joint venture company in coordination with the Vietnam Culture Heritage Association, the Research Centre for National Culture Preservation and Development and the Vietnam Scientific History Association.

Entrants will be selected from five former capitals of Phu Tho, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa and Hue. The winner will be presented VND30 million and a visit to the Thai royal palace and Angkor Watt Temple.
