French artist Thomas Vouillem will join more than 100 actors, artists and Hue citizens in a special performance involving kites, masks, and walks on stilts starting from 5pm till midnight.

Another parade will start from February 3 park on June 8 with the participation of hundreds of children in costumes and 40 artists from HCM City, Hue City, Hanoi and the northern province of Ha Tay.
