The programme, co-organised by the Committee for Population, Family and Children, Vietnam Children Sponsor Fund and other organisations, will consist of three parts – dreams, seeking a life and gifts of life – with the participation of singers, To Minh Thang, Luu Huong Giang, Ngoc Dzung, Phuong Linh and a rhythm group.
