A total of 200 photographs, paintings and calligraphy works by 30 artists currently on display at the Ho Chi Minh City Fine Art Association will be on sale to raise funds for the poor.

Among well-known painters are Van Hai, Tran Quoc Anh and Truong Thin. There are alsoworks by Phuong Hong, who has been listed in the Vietnam Guinness Book as the painter of a great number of Buddhist paintings.
 
The works depict still lifes, flowers and landscapes with oil, silk and wood engraving.
All calligraphy works at the exhibition feature the word “heart” in different handwriting styles of Vietnamese and Chinese characters.


The exhibition runs through on April 12.
