Attendants will have the chance to learn about various art forms, favoured by young people like motorbike airbrush art, graffiti, tattoo art and multimedia works.

A highlight of the event is a two-night rock concert featuring nine Hanoi-based rock bands, including 7Days, Thuy Trieu Do (red tide), Bao Bien (ocean storm), Final Stage, Ngu Cung, Nuranium, Recycle, Cat (Sand) and Zigzag.

In addition, a 13-metre-high art installation on display at the festival will be autioned to raise funds for the Vietnam Agent Orange Victim Fund.
