Archaeologists have discovered an ancient well during their fourth excavation of the Ho dynasty’s Nam Giao – Tay Do worship site.

Do Quang Trong, head of the relic project’s management board, said that the square-shaped well has a stone terrace with its widest side being 14m.

Archaeologists found an artesian spring at the depth of around 10m and the ancient well vestige contributes to a greater understanding of the Nam Giao-Tay Do architecture.
