Leading Vietnamese experts and film directors such as Do Thanh Hai and Pham Hoang Nam will arrange the programme. Director Hai revealed that the stage of the pageant will not be sophisticatedly decorated as the focus will be on the beauty and spirit of the contestants. In addition, the organizing board has invited the organizers of Miss Earth to be the art advisors for the final round.

From August 19-20, in Vinpearl Land, the contestants and the organizing board spent time training and preparing for the final round. The MCs for the pageants final will be Diem Quynh, Anh Tuan and Jennifer Pham.

The event will be joined by many famous Vietnamese singers including Ha Anh Tuan, Tung Duong, Nam Dong Ke (Five lines band) and the world famous group IL Divo.

Nguyen Thanh Son, deputy minister of foreign affairs and Chairman of the State Committee for Oversea Vietnamese Affairs (COVA) confirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considers the event not only a contest but also a cultural event. He added that, the pageant will offer an opportunity for overseas Vietnamese around the world to get closer together.
