A 26-minute television documentary about Vietnam was screened on Russia Today on September 10 during Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung’s visit to the country.
The film, titled “Vietnam: Back on the Map”, shed light on the mystery of the country.
In the past, the country experienced over 100 years of colonial rule. It was at war with powerful enemies for more than 20 years and triumphed against all odds. Now it is one of the world’s most promising countries in terms of investment and tourism.
The socialist system, western business models, and ancient traditions all exist and operate effectively in Vietnam, and the former Soviet Union has taken part in the country’s development
The film was also shown on September 11 and will be repeated on September 15. The public may also view the film on the Internet.
