Apart from 22 cultural representatives across the province, there are also 10 troupes of artists from other provinces, including nearly 1,000 artists.

The event is a big cultural event for the province as it marks the 20^th anniversary of the reestablishment of Phu Yen province on July 1 (from 1989 to 2009) and also leads up to the province’s 400^th anniversary and National Tourism Year 2011.

Lots of activities are being held, including gong performances, a fashion show of traditional costumes, traditional games and photo and antiques exhibitions.
