The Festival includes various exhibitions of paintings, calligraphy, parallel sentences and bonsais.

Also part of the event is the fair of spring flowers from flower villages Ngoc Ha, Nhat Tan, Tay Tuu and Me Linh.

There are also stalls which sell traditional Lunar New Year food and art craft, such as pork pies, fermented pork rolls, Xuan Dinh jams, salted dry tamarinds, betel and areca, children’s toys, paper folding, Son Dong worshipping objects, Dong Ky wooden tables and chairs and Ngu Xa bronze casting.

The festival also includes many other cultural programmes and martial art performance.
