Contestants will be concert and symphony artists and students who are under 26 years old. They can perform using instruments of the orchestra, most likely piano or violin, either in solo or in concert. Examiners will be renowned musicians, music critics and artists.

Registration forms can be sent to the Performing Arts Department at 91C Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hanoi before August 15.
