The Hoang Gia Ltd. Co. in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long has exported 10 tonnes of sweet potatoes and Nam Roi pomelos to China through the Tan Thanh bordergate in northern Lang Son province.

Director Hoang Kieu of the RAAS Company, an importer of the Hoang Gia Ltd. Co. products, said he has decided to import sweet potatoes and Nam Roi pomelos to distribute to two big chains of supermarkets in Chinese provinces and cities.

The RAAS Company will regularly import diversified Vietnamese farm products in large quantity through the Tan Thanh border gate, he added.

The director has signed contracts with many HCM City establishments to buy southern farm products.
