The 2007 Thai Trade Fair opened at the Vietnam Arts and Culture Exhibition Centre in Hanoi on August 22, drawing the participation of more than 100 businesses from Thailand and sales agents in Vietnam.

The fair, co-organized by the Thai Embassy in Vietnam and Vietnam National Trade Fair & Advertising Company (Vinexad), display various Thai products in more than 130 pavilions.

On show are machines, industrial products, electronic and electric appliances, automobile accessories, bikes and motorbikes, fruits and vegetables, foods and drinks, chemicals, cosmetics, medical products, stationery, children’s goods, jewellery, household and kitchen utensils, handicrafts, souvenirs, garment and textile products, and furniture.

The event will last until August 25.
