The Traphaco Joint Stock Company has proposed the HCM City Stock Exchange list eight million shares on the bourse.
With a charter capital of VND80 billion (US$5 million), the company specializes in producing and trading pharmaceuticals, chemicals and medical equipment.
The company has three strategic shareholders: Mekong Capital, ANZ Vietnam and the BIDV- Vietnam Partners Investment Management Joint Venture Company, who together represent 10.63 percent of Traphaco’s charter capital.
