Under the minutes signed in Hanoi on September 12, the Vietnam Revolution Museum and the Russian Centre of Science and Culture will hold a photo exhibition on Vietnam with photos taken by experts from the Vietnam-Russia oil and gas joint-venture VietsovPetro and two photo exhibitions on Russia on the occasion of the APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting to be held in Vietnam this November.

The two organisations will also launch other activities to introduce the two countries' cultures and histories as well as their cooperation in the areas of science, culture and education.
