Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on May 25 sent congratulations to his Indian counterpart, Dr Manmohan Singh, on the establishment of India’s new Government.
Also on this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem cabled greetings to Indian Foreign Minister S. M. Krishna.
Dr Singh’s Indian National Congress Party won a decisive victory in general elections in April.
